Web Hosting Provider Go Daddy Gives Millions to Charities and Employees

With 2007 “the company’s most successful year ever” and a “record year for donations and incentives”, Web hosting provider Go Daddy (http://www.godaddy.com) has given millions of dollars to charities and employees, it was reported recently.

Go Daddy’s philanthropic works during 2007 totaled $1.4 million in donations.

Go Daddy’s employees have also received awards of more than $1 million in 2007, with employee prizes including cash, cars, a year’s mortgage paid, a four-year college scholarship and a trip around the world that included 20-paid vacation days and $10,000 spending money. “We learned a long time ago, happy employees are productive employees,” add Mr. Parsons. “We hold fun contests all throughout the whole year.
